Synopsis

Exasperated by his unruly behaviour, Tomás’ mother sends him to stay with his brother, Fede, a university student in Mexico City. Fede and his flatmate Santos, apathetic towards a campus-wide student strike, spend their days at home watching pirated TV. Tomás arrives with a cassette of songs by Epigmenio Cruz, whose music is said to have made Bob Dylan cry. When the boys hear that Cruz is terminally ill, they set off to pay him their last respects.
