Elsa’s husband has just died and her relatives come to take their leave of him. Elsa observes with concern the relationship between her son-in-law and his daughter. Nonetheless, she continues to go about preparing food, hanging out the washing, feeding the chickens and tending the garden. Only her face gives away her unease.

Raisa Bonnet
Raisa Bonnet completed her Bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual Communication at the University of Puerto Rico, where she made her first short film, which got her accepted into New York University’s Graduate Film Programme. Old Moon (2013), her most recent film, has been very well received internationally. Bonnet currently resides in New York and is writing her first feature, Eva and Frida.
